Applying Crecteria:
Come to PUCIT Old Campus from (8.00am to 4.00pm) and all guideline given on sign boards& admission office will remain open on saturday and sunday till july 2024. First of all you should get a fee voucher (BS and M.Sc Programs, Only Rs. 500) from the admission office & then suggest the fee in HBL Punjab University Old Campus branch as mention on your fee voucher. Now copy a fee slip and then show the fee voucher slip in admission office and obtain your pre-admission entry test form. At the last fill your entry test form, fee voucher slip, attach copy of CNIC and submit it in PUCIT admission office.
Documents Required:
- Intermediate Passing Result Card.
- Matric Passing certificate.
- 4 recently taken new photographs with background blue.
- Graduation certificate if canidate is applying for MSC program
- Medical Certificate of the candidates.
- NOC for the candidate if candidates is moving from other than federal board & Lahore to the PUCIT.
- All these papers list above should be attest & present it within the due date as once the sue date gone your form will not be amuse in any container.
